We develop individual family homes and small residential schemes rather than building at volume. This allows us to spend more time on the details that materially affect how a home looks, feels and works.

From the position of the building on the site through to room layouts, materials, kitchens, bathrooms, lighting and landscaping, decisions are made with the finished home in mind.

What Sets Our Homes Apart

Quality Before Volume

We deliberately focus on bespoke individual homes and carefully considered schemes of up to nine properties. By building at this scale, we retain greater control over every stage of the process and give each home the attention it deserves. We do not build for volume, we build with pride, care and quality.

Premium Specification

We use premium products and materials throughout our homes, selected to match the quality of the build and the way each property is designed to be lived in. From appliances and worktops through to taps, sanitaryware and finishes, we work with established names including NEFF, Bora, Quooker, Villeroy & Boch and Hansgrohe.

Considered Design

Every home is carefully planned around both its setting and the people who will live there. We consider architecture, materials and landscaping alongside room proportions, natural light, storage, circulation and the relationship between internal and external spaces. The aim is to create homes that sit naturally within their surroundings and work properly in everyday life.

Built to Last

Every home we build is independently inspected throughout construction and protected by a 10 year structural warranty. We work with recognised lender approved warranty providers, including NHBC, Premier Guarantee and Advantage, helping to provide long term reassurance for homeowners and meet the requirements of mainstream mortgage lenders.
