Individual homes and small residential developments across the Midlands and South East.
We develop individual family homes and small residential schemes rather than building at volume. This allows us to spend more time on the details that materially affect how a home looks, feels and works.
From the position of the building on the site through to room layouts, materials, kitchens, bathrooms, lighting and landscaping, decisions are made with the finished home in mind.
Our Residential page provides project detail, imagery and specification context. The Projects page records the wider development portfolio and its current status.

We deliberately focus on individual homes and smaller schemes. It gives us greater control over the build and allows each property to receive the attention it requires.
Our homes include established brands and materials selected for their performance as well as appearance. Specifications may include NEFF and Bora appliances, quartz or granite worktops, Villeroy & Boch sanitaryware and Hansgrohe fittings.
Layouts need to work in everyday life. We focus on room proportions, natural light, storage, circulation and the relationship between internal and external spaces.
Each scheme responds to its location rather than following a standard house type. Materials, architecture and landscaping are selected to sit naturally within the surrounding area.
