Matthew Dickins is the Director of Abel Gray, a privately owned property development and investment company named after his two sons, Abel and Grayson. The business was established to focus on Matthew's passion for property investment and bespoke residential development.
With over 15 years' experience in asset management, Matthew has developed a strong track record in identifying and delivering property opportunities across residential and commercial sectors. In recent years his focus has increasingly moved towards residential development, creating thoughtfully designed homes built with care, quality and long term value in mind.
Abel Gray is a privately owned property development and investment company delivering residential developments, long term commercial investments and acquiring land with development potential. We maintain an active portfolio of residential and commercial assets, with projects spanning site acquisition, planning strategy, design led development and long term asset management. Every project is overseen directly by us, from initial appraisal through to planning, construction and completion.
