Matthew Dickins founded Abel Gray to bring together his interests in property investment, asset management and residential development.
He has worked with property for more than 15 years, initially through the management and improvement of investment assets before moving increasingly into development, planning and land acquisition.
Matthew remains directly involved in the business, from reviewing new opportunities and negotiating acquisitions through to planning strategy, design decisions, construction and the management of retained property.
Abel Gray takes its name from Matthew's two sons, Abel and Grayson. The intention has always been to build a privately owned property business with its own identity and a reputation that carries forward over time.
Abel Gray Homes Limited is a privately owned property company based in Milton Keynes. We are actively acquiring and developing residential sites across Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire, managing each project directly from initial appraisal through to planning, delivery and sale.
Alongside our residential development activity, we own and manage a diverse property portfolio across multiple sectors, while continuing to pursue further investment and development opportunities.
